    Our company headquaters are located in Clayton, NJ approximately 33 miles South of Philadephia. We also have a retail store at Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, NJ.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your massage chairs?

    We stand by our products with confidence, but even the most well-built devices may hit a snag.  While we don’t anticipate any issues, if one arises just let us know. Our products are meant to reduce stress, not add to it.  This is why we include a complimentary three-year parts-and-labor service plan with your new iZen massage chair on top of the manufacturer warranty.   • Do you offer white glove delivery on all iZen massage chairs?

    We offer complimentary delivery on our massage chairs. Our expert team will deliver your new iZen massage chair directly to your home and position your new chair perfectly in any room you want, and even carry up stairs if needed. And you can be sure your top-of-the-line massage chair will work from day one.  We test every component to make sure it meets our standards of excellence before we even think about leaving.  Once it’s good to go, we remove any sign of unboxing and assembly, leaving you with a readymade total-body relaxation device that looks like it’s been there the whole time.

  • Do you provide a service plan for your massage chairs?

    We take pride in building premium, affordable massage chairs with superior parts and craftsmanship, but we’re also realistic.  We know the unexpected can happen.  So, on top of your one-year manufacturer warranty, we also provide you with a three-year service plan free of charge.  If something, anything, goes wrong with your iZen massage chair, let us know and we’ll simply repair or replace your chair as quickly as possible so you can resume your relaxation routine.

  • What is your return policy?

    At iZen we are 100% passionate about our products and committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind all of our products with a 30-day return policy. We will gladly accept your return and replace it with a new product or issue a complete refund. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.   • What should I do if I need to cancel my massage chair order?

    Contact our customer care team at 877-667-9377.  As long as your chair has not shipped, we will refund the full amount. If your chair has shipped, please refer to our return policy.

  • How do I return a massage chair?

  • How do I return a store purchase?

    If you purchased an iZen massage product from our retail store, please return it directly to the store. iZen will gladly accept your return and replace it with a new product or issue a complete refund. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt.  

  • Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?

    At this time, we only ship to/within the contiguous Uninted States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

  • How will I know when my order has been shipped?
