We fully stand by our massage products so you can rest easy. We work hard to make it as easy as possible for you to find the absolute best massage products at the best value. We also work hard to make sure you’re happy once you have them.
Every one of our iZen premium massage chairs and products comes with a promise. Quite simply, you’re only responsible for enjoying a rejuvenated body and mind, and we’re responsible for making sure things stay that way. We’ll repair, replace, or refund your purchase if you run into any manufacturer defects in the first year.
Just make sure you have proof of purchase, all original packaging and there is no visible abuse, damage, unauthorized modifications or accidents. That would be the only time we would reserve the right to void the warranty. Please review our full warranty policy for clarification.
At iZen, we are 100% passionate about our products and committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind all of our products with a 14-day return policy. iZen will gladly accept your return and replace it with a new product or issue a complete refund. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt and all original packaging, with no visible abuse, damage, unauthorized modifications or accidents. That would be the only time we would reserve the right to void the warranty or not take your product back.

iZen Massage Chair ReturnsAll iZen massage chairs can be returned within 14 days of purchase with original packaging and proof of purchase. If you purchased your chair directly from iZen (Innovative Massage Chairs, LLC), whether in-store or online, you can return it within 14 days by following these three easy steps:
Contact our customer support team at 1-877-667-9377 and Press 3 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for your return. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
Carefully pack your product and its parts, accessories, and printed brochures in their original packaging and secure your return box with strong tape. Then, clearly mark the top side of each returned product box with your RMA number, which is valid for 14 days from the issue date.
Select a reputable shipping company—with proof of delivery and insurance—for your return since your iZen massage chair must be received in like-new condition, in the original packaging, for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any damage to the chair (e.g., scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, abuse, damage, unauthorized modifications or accidents, missing parts and/or accessories), and may be liable for additional fees should the chair have one or more of these issues. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We are dedicated to delivering a return process that is as friendly and professional as your purchasing experience. That includes servicing your request with urgency until the return process is 100% completed. To help us do that, you will be required to have the following:
Prepayment of all packing, shipping, handling, delivery, and shipping insurance charges.
Use of a reputable shipping company with both proof of insurance for loss or damage of the item in transit back to iZen/Innovative.
Proof of Delivery
We will replace the returned product with a new one or issue a refund, at your preference. This will be initiated after the returned chair is received and inspected by iZen technicians. If the product is returned without an RMA number from iZen or after the 14-day period, iZen may refuse its receipt.
Once iZen receives the chair and finds that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less the original shipping, handling, and delivery charges. A restocking and inspection fee of 25% of the original purchase price will be applied or, if the chair is being replaced, a new product will be scheduled for delivery. Please allow three to four weeks for the return process to be completed.
